Since the company was founded back in 1962, Fribin has stood out for producing a quality range of traditional cured sausages and processed meats.
Our artisan production, based on lean meats and cuts selected in our own cutting room, and following traditional recipes passed on and perfected over the years, allows us to offer a wide range of products:
- Fresh products carrying the Fribin brand, including: longaniza, chorizo, fast cured sausage and fresh sausages.
- Cured sausages carrying the Montearagón brand for the Spanish market, and Fribin Atelier at the international level. This range features our star product, Farmhouse Longaniza, and is complemented by Fuet, Imperial Longaniza, Chorizo Sarta and Chorizo Vela, Cured Collar, Salami, Traditional Aragón-Style Longaniza and Cured Belly.
- Processed products and cured, pre-cooked sausages carrying the Montearagón brand, among which Cooked Ham (free from preservatives, lactose and gluten) stands out. We also produce Smoked Bacon, Sandwich Ham, Pickled Loin, Cooked Pig Ears and Pre-cooked Pig Feet.
- Duroc Ham and Pork Shoulder We have a wide range of products, characterised by the type of cut and the length of time they are cured for, which ranges from 9 months for the Pork Shoulder to 18 months for the Duroc Reserve Ham.
Our commitment to guaranteeing allergen-free products means that all our cured sausages and processed products are gluten-free.
